This policy explains how data is collected and used in the Kokli service. The service is operated by Agah Pardazan Rayan Co..
Service operator
Agah Pardazan Rayan Co. (https://apraco.ir) operates and is responsible for the Kokli service.
Data we collect
To provide the service: your account email and name (sign-up), link destination URLs, short codes, tags, expiry and password settings, and click events (including time and technical request details such as IP for analytics).
Storage
Data is stored in a MongoDB database on the service's servers. Password-protected links are stored as a hash; the plain password is never kept.
Authentication
Sign-in uses a JWT in an HttpOnly cookie. A separate refresh cookie is used to renew the session.
Payments
Paid plans are paid through the Zarinpal gateway (in production) or a test gateway (in development). Transaction details are recorded in the system's invoices.
Cookies
Cookies are used for your sign-in session, theme preference (light/dark) and language. Authentication cookies are HttpOnly.
Sharing with third parties
Your personal data is never sold. It is disclosed only when legally required or to essential service providers (such as the payment gateway).
Your rights
You can edit your profile in account settings. To delete your account, access your data or ask privacy questions, contact info@kok.li.
